Our Mission

We are a collective of 200+ women in Fairfield County, Connecticut, united by our passion for enhancing the impact of Person to Person (P2P) and nurturing a sense of community.

P2P is a local non-profit dedicated to fostering economic stability for individuals and families in our community, positively impacting the lives of 25,000 residents in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Our shared goal goes beyond supporting P2P; it includes forging meaningful friendships, building valuable connections, and strengthening our community through engaging social events. Our collective efforts extend beyond fundraising and volunteering; we aim to raise public awareness and deepen understanding of the crucial work of P2P. Together, we champion their cause, creating a more connected and resilient community.

Join us in our mission, because together, we can make a difference.

“Our hope was to bring an entirely new audience, full of energy, creativity, professionalism, and a new perspective to Person to Person.”

Katherine Michele, co-founder of OPUS

Our Story

We were founded in 1996, by a group of women who decided they could amplify the impact on families in need by pooling their time, talents, and commitment.

P2P has been a pillar in our community since 1968. We saw an opportunity to elevate their cause.

Since our founding, hundreds have joined us logging countless hours volunteering and fundraising to help P2P in its mission and have raised nearly $3 Million. This is more than a testament to our hard work – it’s living proof that when women unite for a shared purpose, the outcome can be extraordinarily powerful.
