Feathers & Fedoras: A Speakeasy Casino Soirée will be held on Saturday, October 5 at the Darien Community Association also known as “Meadowlands”.

 

OPUS will transport guests to 1920’s Prohibition by recreating the atmosphere of an underground speakeasy with signature cocktails and casino games including craps, roulette, and poker. Live music and exquisite cuisine by Odeen’s Catering Company will add to the excitement of live and silent auction items.

 

Guests receive a password for entry and are encouraged to dress inspired by the time period for an evening of fun, flappers, giggle water, and revelry – all for a good cause! 

 

Proceeds raised will support Person-to-Person’s vital services including three food pantries, casework support, clothing and care programs, Door2Door home delivery, scholarship and campership programs, layettes for babies, holiday toy store, and emergency financial assistance for those in need.
